The West Lansing store has the most amazing team. I have worked with Whitney and Mari for over two years, and they always go above and beyond to help me, answer my questions, and are so kind. I look forward every month just to go in and see them when I order. Whitney does an amazing job with delivery, as my back is bad so she makes sure to take care of me. Words really can't express how much I appreciate the two of them and the whole West Lansing team. Thank you!!!! This is review for service I received from the West Lansing store on February 6th. Sesame finally had a bath. I think he enjoyed the facilities. There was another family also washing their dog which made things a bit crazy trying to share and and sustain constant hot water for both showers. Things worked out.

They had the very specific cat litter that I was looking for and I was so pleased to find it here!!! And then the cashier even mentioned that the litter I'm switching to is a really great choice!!!! By the way, it's been two days, and we love it! Our cats love it! We are a retired military family, so I asked if they had a discount with my ID card, and sure enough, they offered us a 5% discount. My daughter adopted a cute Shitzu puppy that just turned 8 weeks old. We heard that Soldan's was hosting a immunization clinic/event for pets. We were absolutely delighted and thrilled with our experience. The staff greeted us immediately and made us feel at ease. They explained the various packages and tests so that we could make an informed decision. The process was seamless and super easy. I would highly recommend them! The clinic staff are passionate about pets and well informed!
