probably one of the best pet stores i’ve ever been to. they always have what i need, they’re always willing to help with any questions i have, and they have a points/rewards system!!! always good deals and a happy healthy environment

Parents bought new fish to add to a tank that has been running for 20+ years with no issue. 2 weeks after adding the new fish, everything in the tank has died or is dying. New fish seemed to have parasites (ick) that quickly spread to all fish in the tank. Store was told about this but denies any responsibility since they get the fish from vendors (so they don’t stand behind their product from the looks of it)

I absolutely love this pet store. Some stuff may be slightly more expensive than the big chain stores, but it's local. The staff is so knowledgeable and helpful. I buy all my pet food here. Most of their pet food is part of a program where after so many bags you earn a free bag of food. I also bought my kids rats from here.

I have been using this pet store since 2021. Highly recommend. Staff is always super friendly and helpful!!

Always a great place to go to. It is convenient for me, considering, it is the only pet store in Belleville. I have purchased pets and items for them here.
