They were absolutely fantastic with my boy this morning! They were very gentle, kind, and patient with him. They also explained everything very thoroughly to me and made sure I understood what was going on with him. I would recommend them any day of the week. We have officially found our vet for all of our animals. They were also quick with diagnosis and they gave him the same amount of love and care that I do. I brought my bird to Feathers Scales & Tails Veterinary Hospital and was so impressed with the care we received. The staff are knowledgeable, gentle, and truly understand birds’ unique needs. They took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure my bird felt safe and comfortable throughout the visit. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and clearly dedicated to the health of exotic pets. I left feeling confident and grateful to have such a compassionate team caring for my feathered friend. Highly recommend for anyone with birds!

Our rabbit needed immediate care and none of the vets around us were able to see us on such short notice. We got a last minute appt at Feathers Scales & Tails and, even though we are not returning patients, the entire staff were warm and patient with us. They were compassionate in their handling of our bunny boy and patiently and thoroughly answered our many questions. We left with a whole gambit of medications to keep him stable until we could get in to see our regular vet, as well as a plan for what we should investigate next. We have moved around a lot and seen quite a few different vets and I can assure you that the pricing here is exceptionally reasonable, especially for a vet & staff who not only see exotics but are clearly well versed in their care. I had to write a review for the great experience I had here. I called in asking if they see chickens because mine was really sick and I had no clue what was wrong. They got me in same day for an appointment. They were very kind and compassionate. Unfortunately, we had to put her to sleep but I'm very thankful for the expertise of the veterinarian who saw her. I don't remember her name but she felt her and immediately knew it was a large tumor. The vet tech that was with her was also very kind and compassionate. I'm thankful that she didn't have to suffer any longer and I'm so thankful for this establishment to get me in so soon. Thank you all for your help with Reba. I will definitely come back here again in the future if I ever need any of my chickens seen.

We've been bringing our pets here for years and have always gotten excellent care. We also bring our dog here to be groomed by Katie and she is just wonderful. Our dog is very anxious, but Katie is very kind and gentle and always puts her at ease!
