Wonderful! Loren went above and beyond to help us select the best whole house flooring replacement and we couldn’t be happier. Our special order arrived early, installers were quick and professional, and we knew exactly what we were paying for. No surprises. We’re planning another whole home flooring job on a much larger home now, and look forward to working with Loren again.

They removed my carpeting and replaced it with vinyl wood. It looks amazing! They were fast, professional, and courteous. They offered personalized service, came to my house with samples, and their price is the best. I have already highly recommended them to several of my friends!

My Mom used them and was very happy so I figured I would see if they could clean my couches from where the dog had been laying and licking all over. They not only was able to come out days before scheduled, he got all the stains out within an hour and was reasonably priced. VERY HAPPY WITH THEM. Will keep # for future

Had a water leak from my bathroom sink that got about 2 or 3 feet of my bedroom carpet wet. One of their guys came in to remove the padding underneath and extract the water and within a week later replaced the padding and fixed the carpet. VERY nice people and super quick fixing.

I'm a real estate investor and have been using Loren for over nine years. He has come through in record time and he also really takes care of his customers. I had a problem with one of the carpets in one of my rentals, the carpet around the rails on the stairs was coming up. I called Loren, he had his guys out there the same day to fix it, no charge. Loren is fantastic !
