UPDATE- I received a call today about my cats appointment. Elizabeth profusely apologized for the mis-communication. That issue has been addressed and fixed. She apologized for the confusion on the pricing, also fixed. She asked for another chance, I agreed. Thank You Elizabeth. The staff is very friendly, place is nice and clean. Communication sucks! I made the appointment to get my elderly overweight cat shaved. Got there and they thought she was there for a bath and nail trim. They said it would be 2 1/2- 3 hours and if the groomer had any questions they would call me. I went to get her at the 3 hour mark. She had been given a bath, that was it. She said she didn't do anything else because she wasn't sure what I wanted. I asked why didn't she call me in that 3 hour time frame. She admi

**Long post but this may help new customers** I've used Fairy Tails for many many years however recently the service has gotten really bad and sloppy! Recently was charged for a grooming however my dog was not groomed. Bathe but not groomed. I Spoke with Liz and she did correct the issue. My dogs collar went home with another customer who decided she did not want to return it, which Liz did reimburse me for the collar. (Reason I add this is because my dog is tiny and it was extremely hard finding a collar to fit him when I asked the front desk in my text to pls give to my husband before leaving) Decided to give them another go! The next appt I booked both dogs, while my daughter lives out of state she drove hours to the appt and missed work only to be told the owner had court and we needed

Customer service was great . Called in the morning got a sane day appt. I have a mini long hair dachshund who is very nervous from a past groomer experience. They took their time and got to know Zeus. They did not just try to bath him and cut his nails then push us out. NO they actually spent 3-4 hours with him just to get to know him and make him feel more comfortable. He came out looking and smelling great. And just as happy as he could be. Personally or us this is the best place to bring your pet to from Franklin to here . 10 outta 10

I’d hate to have to write this review but I feel it’s necessary. Especially because I bought my dog here before a couple of years ago and had the BEST experience both times. I relocated to Oceanfront Va Beach and even made the drive to Suffolk because of how great our past experiences were before. Sadly to be extremely disappointed. I texted the number I had for them two days prior to the appointment. Reminded them of who I was, my dog I was bringing, his size, and confirmed the pricing was still the same, she even looked me up and told me what I paid previously. Everything seemed to be great so I booked the appointment. They told me he’d be there for up to 4 hours. So we stayed in the area to wait for our dog, 4 hours goes by I call to check up and see how much longer. The lady said there

My dog Ike loves going to Fairy Tails! Whenever we drop him off for a haircut he is always so excited to see everyone, wagging his tail and smiling. That is how I know he gets taken care of really well there. He has visited Fairy Tails around four times now and every time he comes home smelling and looking good. Staff is always very friendly and prices are not bad.
