Dr. McKnight, his medical team, techs, and the entire staff at FAH are the best and they really care about our fur babies! I highly recommend them to anyone seeking excellent care, knowledge, and suggestions to help extend the life of your fur babies. You were a true God-send for me as a new fur mom, when I needed to understand how to care for and give the best life to Beau Kai, and respectfully! I was a tad bit nervous going to new vet. First visit with our 12yr old fur baby. From the front door to the exam room. Everyone was so welcoming. Environment clean and comfortable. The tech was so gentle with my baby and uber courteous. DrWatson was absolutely amazing!! So knowledgeable, professional and comforting. The receptionist MrsDonahue was so welcoming, friendly, professional , helpful and hilarous!!! I highly recommend this vet based on my experience today. So glad I have vet that is literally 5min away from home. The environment was family- oriented; very familiar with their regular customers. I thank God for this experience today. Its stressful when your family members are sick and of course u are thinking about the bill. Affordable visit and even offers a affordable well

Rude receptionist staff. Needs more or some hospitality training. Needs phone etiquette training. Receptionist staff is under staffed and cannot handle both high call volume and front desk duties simultaneously without being rude or neglecting to phone callers. Receptionist staff regularly talks behind the backs of and about clients and their animals freely and openly in front other patrons. Receptionist do not call back after disconnection on hold. This vet stops all operations daily between 12-2 , making it difficult for working people to schedule over the phone. Yes, I know there’s a website scheduler. This method is ineffective and lacks follow up calls or direct acknowledgment of appointment from staff. This vets receptionist staff is unprofessional and I will be finding a new vet. C

This is a great vet. They are great with my cat Petunia, who is wary of doctor visits, and they always walk me through everything and clearly outline my options for treatment. I often get in when I need to, even if it’s last minute.
