Before I walked into Fairpet, I truly thought I might be saying goodbye to my baby. Dr. Ryan and his team stepped in during one of the most overwhelming moments of my life and completely changed the outcome. Prime Time needed a PU surgery, and by that point we were already about $4,000 deep in vet bills on my CareCredit card. The team at Fairpet worked with me on pricing for the procedure, which meant more than I can express. It felt like they genuinely cared about saving my baby, not just collecting a payment. The surgery itself was very straightforward. What I also appreciated was the environment. They have a comfortable waiting area with coffee, snacks, and free Wi-Fi, so I was actually able to stay at the surgery center, get work done, and wait for my baby to wake up from anesthesia.

Dr Ryan did TPLO surgery for our 3 year old female dog yesterday. Dr Ryan and staff eased my worries and communicated everything clearly. Dr Ryan personally called us to update us after surgery, met with us at pick up to explain the recovery and expections and has checked on us several times since. As a one income, homeschool family in small town ministry, we were worried about having this surgery due to the cost, but FairPet's pricing made it doable so we're very thankful!
