Animal Emergency Care of Braselton

I’ve brought a couple of my dogs here. We just had a scare with our mini dachshund (Toby) we brought him in and they took great care of him and they were quick to respond! The level of professionalism and care they have for our animals is beyond amazing! Thank you Animal Emergency Care of Braselton! He’s feeling better and back home with his family!

We were lost when our senior bulldog passed in our living room last night but the staff was so kind and supportive and made the whole process extremely seamless when it came to the hard stuff! We are grateful for them and while we hope we never have to need them again, we are glad they are available if we do! Enjoy this picture of our sweet boy, Hercules!

The staff was very kind and supportive. My 13-year-old black lab was bleeding nonstop from his nose, which they explained was a ruptured tumor and walked me through the very difficult process to euthanize. Tough night, and the staff people were very sympathetic and supportive.

Tonight our sweet dog was behaving as if in pain, not eating and whining sadly. We were very concerned and needed help. We reached out to this place over the phone, and were surprised at the non-hospitable, annoyed-sounding receptionist who seemed to not care at all about our situation. No compassion was found here and when I expressed concern in bringing our beloved dog there for treatment, the receptionist suggested other facilities where we could find emergency care. What business does that?! There was no rudeness on our part, just amazed frustration that worsened the stress we already felt.

We had to bring our elderly dog in after normal vet hours due to a medical emergency that required euthanasia. The love and compassion that was given to both my dog and myself from the staff will absolutely never be forgotten. Words simply cannot express how thankful I am for the level of care we received.
