Fairchild Animal Hospital

I find the actual veterinarians are nice, but everyone else, no way. We have put two dogs down at this place and also take our living dogs there, but no more. Both times we have had to put our dogs down, there was just no compassion. They see it every day, so they just don’t care. I also called to see if I could bring my dog in due to an emergency, and all I got was “No, and there’s nowhere around here besides the U of I you could go.” When I said “Oh okay, thank you”, she just hung up on me. I called State Line Animal Hospital next, and they put me on hold to speak with the vet, and got me in the same day. They were very compassionate and understanding of my concern. We will never use Fairchild again.

Dr. Bradley is very compassionate with the care of my brother John, and my 3 senior rescue dogs Oliver 14, Mitzi 17, and Trumpy 14! Dr. Bradley calls personally with follow up treatment plans on our senior dogs, and does the necessary blood tests, and xrays for specific custom treatments to each dog specifically! Mitzy, Oliver, and Trumpy are treated as part of the Fairchild Animal Hospital Family, and the Du Bois Family as well! Dr. Bradley, and the entire staff at Fairchild Animal Hospital truly love the dogs, and cats that have been trusted in their care!

The doctors and staff are amazing! They are caring and compassionate and I will never take my fur babies anywhere else!

We have been clients at Fairchild Animal Hospital for many years. We have entrusted the care to our past and present furry family members to the doctors & staff. I wouldn't take our dogs anywhere else for medical care. One of my favorites of the staff is Becky. She's been there for a long time and is so caring and helpful. We also appreciated Heather's care of our dogs, Mandy & Ollie, while they were boarded there one weekend in February. I truly felt they were in the best hands. How much you show that you care about each animal and strive to give the best care and treatment possible.
