We’ve been taking our dogs to classy critters for over 12 years for grooming and we absolutely love them!! They always do such a wonderful job and the staff are very kind and compassionate. They love and handle our fur babies like their own.
Very rude once I told the lady at the front that I was not happy with my dogs last service. My dog looked the exact same from when I brought her in. Did not even look like she had been washed and her nails were not cut. A lot of attitude from the”owner”. Obviously cannot take criticism too well. Book at Studio 31..AMAZING staff and service!
Kevana is an excellent groomer and does so great with my husky I definitely recommend her
This is not the same classy critters where the abuse happened of the dogs, please go to the North Carolina, Mooresville location on Google maps to write a bad review there🙏🙏
These are the best groomers anywhere ❣️ Kaitlyn is the best❣️❣️❣️ If I say her name, Jasmine runs to her leash, ready to go! They all are the most amazing people! Barb, the owner, cares beyond belief❣️❣️
