Working with Lou was great. No pressure, great coomunications and he was very helpful in keeping within our budget based on our needs. I just wanted to share my experience with Michelle and Lou from Factory Carpet outlet. We have been discussing putting in a new carpet in the hallway, stairs, and two bedrooms for over a year. Installation - Kevin and Jake were the true surprise, and in a most pleasant way. They were timely, produced a exceptionally high outcome, were extremely personable, and very tidy in their clean-up following installation.
