After using Dr gent for YEARS today was most definitely the LAST day! While going to pick up our 3 dogs from boarding and simply asking about a charge I was personally screamed at and pushed by the secretary. Then to just top it all off when we got home and I was looking my babies over I find these 2 raw places on ones lip

I highly recommend this veterinary clinic! Dr. Gent, Diane, Daisy, and the entire staff are truly exceptional. Their unwavering care and compassion have been a constant support for both me and my fur babies. During difficult times, such as losing my elderly cat, they went above and beyond, even sending a heartfelt condolence card. I am deeply grateful for everything they've done for me and my family

The tech was very rude and had no compassion towards my granddog dog or the family when she was took on Saturday 12/7/24. Definitely don’t need to be working with sick animals. Probably need to think about finding another tech because she will run people off.

Don’t take your babies to this place! They are very rough and inconsiderate of how they treat them! And they will lie to you and take advantage of the fact you love your fur babies to keep you coming back to line their pockets with money! I learned this lesson the hard way I lost my baby due to the lies! So I hope this keeps it from happening to anyone else! Find another vet to take care of your babies!!

Dr.Gent is the absolute best! He and his wife are an asset to this community. Dr.Gent truly cares for the animals and understands the financial burdens treating an animal can have on a family. My family won’t take our animals anywhere else.
