Abingdon Cleaners Launderers

Will not use this place again. We dropped off a pair of formal dining room curtains to be cleaned with specific instructions to DRY CLEAN them as we'd laundered this type of curtain before and they shrank. Abingdon Cleaners ignored those instructions, laundered, charged just under $100, and shrank the curtains by several inches where they are now shorter than the accompanying sheers with the sheers hanging inches below the curtains. Took them back to the store and asked them to refund the cost of cleaning and pay to replace the drapes they ruined. They refused to do the latter, apparently refusing to stand behind their work. Will definitely be pursuing legal remedy if not reimbursed.

I left my coat with them last Friday and was told it would be ready the coming Friday. I went to pick it up this morning and was told it would be ready at 4pm another trip to Abingdon and they hadn't even started on it I wouldn't take a dog bed to get it cleaned there!!!!!!! Poor service.

So your sign says you close at 5:30? I pulled in at 5:17 and your employee was walking across the parking lot. The employee looked me dead in the eye and continued to go get in her car.

The absolute BEST cleaners I've found in years, and I've lived all over the Southeast. I have yet to bring them a stain they can't get out. No joke! This is a picture of the beach bag I took to them that I was about to throw away. It took them a little while but look at it! Almost like new. Simply amazing. Reasonable prices too!

I had 30+ items that had moderate to severe smoke and fire damage and they were so helpful and kind! It took longer than expected to receive the items, but when I couldn't pick them up they held them for me for free until I could get them again, and the clothes look absolutely fantastic! Overall great experience, I highly recommend them =)
