Good variety and selection offered for various creatures, beautiful tarantulas avaliable. I snagged 3 old worlds. They are very healthy, thriving, webbing up and eating well after a night to adjust to their new enclosures. The store is very clean and organized and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Many different feeder options avaliable. We will definately be returning again for supplies, feeders, and more 8 legged pets.

Always an awesome experience! Staff is very knowledgeable and more than willing to take the time to answer any questions! We brought home baby millipedes today even though we went with the intention of just getting a feeder rat for our ball python!

Absolutely blown away by how well everyone is taken care of, the plants are beautiful the animals are healthy the variety of species was also very impressive. And the staff were super friendly. Cant wait to go back. 😁 Oh and this is Queen Penelope she's amazing.

Went in to look for a bearded dragon, looked at surrenders because they had so many. They didnt even have the heating lamp on and she was loosing color. If we wouldnt have asked to hold they wouldnt have even noticed. Gave us the run around about tanks, clearly didnt know their own policies. Wasted our time after driving an hour, paid some to go get pics of our set up then they waited til we sent then home to ask for different ones. None of them were on the same page, and didnt seem to have much info on the animals, let alone doing their task to keep them safe. 4 year old bearded dragons in 30" tanks.

Best prices, quick service. They have a good variety of reptile products for the size of the store and their employees are always nice. Way better than typical name brand pet stores for reptile, amphibian & fish stuff. I no longer go to PetSmart or Petco for frog or lizard food after finding this place!
