Exotic Fish

If you are knowledgeable or need some knowledge on anything fish related, make sure you stop in and see my friend. If he doesn't have what you are looking for he can get it for you. This the only place I'll shop in Valdosta or surrounding areas. If in need stop through and let him know Biggs sent you!

Will try again but doubt the business will get "better". Hours are - 11am to 630pm. The musty aquarium smell is strong upon entry but mostly fades over time. Some products are clearly labeled. The fish tags are handwritten in inconsistent locations. I was impressed with the coral and eels. I'm not impressed with the empty tanks and poor lighting.

Best local fish store, in my opinion. The owner and his son are always polite when I stop by, and James went out of his way to try and help me save dying fish I bought from another store despite having no responsibility to. They are knowledgeable in their craft and are honest about recommendations, although I suspect not everyone adheres to the advice. I personally love their betta and shrimp, and as long as you pay attention, I don't think you'll have an issue. If I were to complain or critique anything, it'd be that one of their tanks tends to have ick often -- however, they will warn you away from any they might have issue with. Overall I've had a good experience with them and believe they're fairly priced. (Pictures are fish I purchased from here.)
