Great customer service and great experience. We're from out of town and desperately needed to get in for grooming. The ladies here were so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my dogs looked great and I felt safe leaving them in there care. My dog's also showed less anxiety than usual coming back home so that was awesome as well

Exmoor is an incredible local Austin gem. The front desk staff are always so sweet and welcoming, and they greet my dog by name every time we come in. Best haircut, best people, best experience all around and the grooming is top-notch!

My dog odie gets all of his haircuts at Exmoor. They are very efficient and easy to get an appointment for your dog once you have established with them. All the staff is super friendly. He looks handsome every time!

This was our second (and definitely last) time bringing our dog here for grooming services, and it's baffling how bad the experience was again. We initially gave them the benefit of the doubt after a sloppy first visit, thinking it was just a fluke. We were very clear with our grooming instructions, and the intake person seemed to understand exactly what we were asking for. Unfortunately, that clearly didn’t matter because they did the complete opposite. Not only did they ignore most of our requests, they also managed to cut our dog's paw, which we had to bandage ourselves at home. No apology, no heads up, just sent him home bleeding for us to find later. The haircut was a complete mess. I have been taking my difficult Pom there for grooming for many years and I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate and value his grooming there by Alicia. She is patient and has taken time to know him and his quirks…. Highly recommend. I have to drive a half hour there and another half hour back through a lot of traffic, but it is so worth it.
