I had a truly unpleasant experience at this dog groomers recently. I took my beloved pet to get groomed, expecting a pleasant and professional service. However, when I arrived, the staff seemed disorganized and uninterested in addressing my concerns. The groomer who attended to my dog appeared neglectful and inattentive, not taking the time to understand what I wanted for my dog's grooming preferences. As a result, my dog ended up with an uneven haircut and a haphazardly trimmed coat and blooding toes because there were no nails left. Additionally, the groomer didn't handle my dog gently, causing unnecessary distress. Overall, it was a disappointing and frustrating experience that left me feeling unsatisfied and hurt that this experience caused my dog such pain and anxiety.I will be report

I’ve been bringing my Yorkie here for years, and every visit has been wonderful. He always looks so handsome and happy when we pick him up, which shows how well he’s cared for. The staff is kind, the schedule is always flexible, and the prices are so reasonable compared to the bigger places. I really appreciate the full service they provide and the love they show our sweet pup—thank you for always taking such great care of him!
