Would not recommend. Cheap but they do not care about your pets. My cat got spayed here, household pet. She was sitting in her urine and feces after her surgery for who knows how long. I had to throw away the carrier. Did not give proper aftercare. I couldn’t get into touch with anyone unless I drove over there, the front desk lady was very rude and slammed a door in my face. When I expressed my concerns they were dismissed as normal. It is not normal and it took a lot to speak to a tech or doctor. The vet tech was very nice. The wound is healing nicely but I had to take my cat to the ER due to complications and I did not trust to take her back to this place. I’d recommend just paying full price for a nice vet

I've brought many tnr cats here and have always had a wonderful experience. Even if the wait is long some days, I'm very grateful for the program. Out of the 20+ feral/community cats I've brought here in the past, only 2 have had complications so far. One pulled their own stitches out and needed them redone and another unfortunately passed away during surgery due to a severe diaphragmatic hernia I was unaware of, but the vet was very kind to give me a phone call. They are usually very accommodating and Madreka is always so kind! One of the cats I brought in walked with a tilted head her whole life and when I expressed my concern she brought her back to check with the surgeons beforehand that she would be healthy enough for surgery, she was and made it through! I'm not sure I would recommen

I don’t know what everyone on here is talking about but they must’ve got there stuff on track. We came in today for a spay and neuter two girls and one boy and the office workers were very respectful and helpful. They instructed how to get signed in to everyone and made the process easy. It took maybe a hour to do all the paperwork and they even leant us trap cages to get our neighborhood cats fixed (we had brought them in cat carriers) we checked in at 10:30 and they were done by 2:40 picked up the same day. All cats are still loopy from the anesthesia which was be expected. Id say that this was a great experience and everything went well.

Everything went smooth for all t of my fur babies. Jamee was amazing and so helpful. If it wouldn't have been for her I would have been frantic. Thank you

THE ONLY WAY THEY WILL TAKE A TNR COMMUNITY CAT is after you purchase one of their $100 dollar cages, not carriers. They then instructed me to "dump" and force the community cat into the trap as he was unwilling to enter on his own but would allow me to place him in a carrier. This place is cruel and out for profit. Its clear they have a monopoly on JAX and Duval County. Never lived anywh
