Eva Burrell Animal Shelter

I will always recommend and support this shelter! I adopted a kitten a few weeks ago and he's been an amazing addition! He's very social and playful, which is amazing seeing as he was raised in the shelter....it just shows how much love was poured into him from the workers and volunteers along with the others I met! The whole room was happy, playful, loving kittens! ❤️ the folks who work here and the volunteers work hard and are very friendly. I had a great adoption experience and will adopt again from this shelter in a heartbeat!

This shelter really cares about the animals they rescue and finding the right furever homes. I was very pleased with the speed of reply to my inquiries and also the in-person advice/guidance when I recently adopted some kittens. All the kittens I adopted were either abandoned or feral on arrival at the shelter, but the kittens I took home are so friendly and social, it’s pretty amazing especially for the one that was feral only 6 weeks earlier. The staff even reached out to check in with me after our first days together, which was a lovely touch. All in all a great experience! Highly recommended for both adoption and for where your donation dollars could go.

Eva Burrell Animal Shelter is a dedicated place that works hard to make sure every animal that doesnt have a forever home finds one. I got my own two cats from an animal shelter and I recommend adopting because you know that the cats and dogs will forever be grateful to you for choosing them to join your family. Eva Burrell hosts many events throughout the year as well to earn money to support their animals that they care so deeply for!

I adopted a dog that was an owner turn it due to a difficult situation. Eva Burrell shelter took the best care of her during her kind of long stay and even tried to help her overcome problems to make her adoption a success. She has been in my home for about 7 months now and has been happy and well adjusted from the start. I would definitely recommend this shelter to a friend. After I adopted, I volunteered there a short while and can say first hand that they care very deeply for all of the animals and take excellent care of them.

We recently adopted 2 Daschunds from the shelter and had a wonderful experience! Patricia kept us updated during the adoption process and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Patricia communicated clearly and gave us good advice before we left. The shelter was clean and we could tell that Patricia and her staff really cared about the animals. Overall we had a really good experience with the Shelter and would recommend them to everyone.
