Eternal Paws Pet Cremation and Memorials

My mom and I had to recently make the hard decision to euthanize our beloved Sadie Jane after a short illness. After a quick couple google searches and a recommendation from our vet, we settled on Eternal Paws to help give her the send off only a wonderful friend and great companion is worthy of. We called right after her passing to set up an appointment for the follwing day. When we arrived, Steve and Christine were finishing up with another guest and we were asked to wait outside so that guest could say his last goodbyes to his loved one. Steve came out and offered to carry Sadie in and he did so very gently. He laid her down on a table set up with LED candles. He led us to a round table to start discussing services and memorials. Eternal Paws was so incredibly helpful to us during a difficult time. We were able to easily reach them after hours and all our options were laid out clearly with great kindness and transparency. The team member who came to our home was prompt, warm, and so respectful. And the team member at their storefront was so welcoming and allowed us to share some memories of our pet. Highly, highly recommended.

I can’t thank Karen and her team enough for the compassion they showed during one of the hardest moments of my life. Saying goodbye to my cat was incredibly painful, but Karen’s kindness, warmth, and gentle presence made all the difference. She treated my cat and my feelings with such genuine care that it brought a sense of comfort I didn’t know I needed. The venue itself felt inviting, warm, extremely peaceful, private and safe — a place where I could breathe, take my time, and feel supported. I truly appreciated the deep understanding and respect they showed throughout the cremation services. It meant so much to be met with empathy instead of formality. Eternal Paws Cremation and Memorials is truly an amazing place. After my friends lost their home and four dogs in a fire, they went out of their way to help these people through their loss. They donated a beautiful cremation box free of charge and even worked with me personally on the engraving. This level of kindness and compassion is something you don’t see every day. From start to finish, they were professional, caring, and incredibly understanding. They treated the situation with respect and went above and beyond in everyway. They even worked with me to specify what I wanted on the engraving. I drew a picture of what I wanted the box to say and they made it happen. I can't say enough good things about Christine and Lisa at Eternal Paws pet cremation. They were so patient and compassionate with us in such a difficult time. We lost our best friend, Kitty, to cancer and couldn't find a cremation service that would allow us to stay with her through the process and take her ashes home that same day. So it was like a blessing from God that we found Eternal Paws on a Google Maps search. Christine guided us through the whole process, and she made it as smooth and as pleasant as you could hope for such a painful thing to be. We also got a lock of Kitty's fur in a glass vial and a clay paw print which meant a lot to us.
