Creekside Animal Clinic

I wasn’t going to leave a review. I was just gonna cut ties and move on with life. But I can’t get over the experience my dog had there. Honestly, Creekside, you don’t need to take your time out to reply to my review. If I wanted excuses to justify what happened, I would’ve contacted you directly. If you wanna make a difference, educate your employees a little bit better, and teach them how to properly talk to others. That whole talking to clients as if they were a burden, Uneducated, or have no common sense is a bit much. It’s very unprofessional. This clinic is not a fear free clinic. If anything, they given more anxiety and fear to my puppy. I understand that my dog is a giant breed, and her size can be intimidating. However she is not even a year old yet. Creekside is great and Dr. Perry is amazing. Not only does she explain all the options of care for your pet, but also goes over the short term and long term outcomes for those options. She is truly a fantastic veterinarian and a wonderful human being. The entire staff is very caring and I'll be taking my pets there for years to come.

We are so glad we chose Creekside. The staff showed great care for our concerns and went the extra mile. While extremely nervous about whelping our puppies, they provided direction, compassion, and answers. Thank you!

The staff and vets at Creekside are wonderful! Lauren was very helpful and our dog Duke loved her. The vet was professional and listened to our concerns. She took bloodwork to make sure there were no underlying problems, and gave our pup some medicine. He is now feeling better and back to his playful self. Thank you Creekside!!

Overpriced. Prior to this interaction, my review would have been positive because we’ve had decent care by the providers. But they have staff who are very rude, patronizing, and condescending . Our dog has an ear infection and needs an Rx. When I called, the rude staff answered and said it had been more than 6 months since our dog was in, so he needs an office visit which is a minimum of $100-150. We called back when we realized he was there LESS than 6 months ago, and the same desk staff then changed her story and said “well, it has to be less than 3 months”. What?! Why did you change it from being that the policy is 6 months, to now (minutes later) it’s 3 months?! He had just been there for a post-op visit following a surgery that he had less than 6 months ago (which was over $1000). In
