Dr Crystal was awesome in caring for the two horses we had in today. She took her time, explained so we could understand and provided the care we needed. We love Dr McCarroll and all his vets!!! Equine Medical in Pilot Point is our ‘go-to’ for lameness issues.

Very courteous, prompt and professional! came out to barn did Coggins and pre-purchase exam. Dr.Chisholm is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Definitely recommend! Dawn is a Joy to get everything done correctly her followup is wonderful!

Dr. McCarroll was incredibly kind and knowledgeable when treating my horse. He knew right away where his lameness was coming from, treated it quickly, and Maui is now good as new. Highly recommend.

Dr McCarroll is a top notch vet and extremely knowledgeable. His office staff is easy to work with. I can't say enough good about this clinic.

I wasn’t impressed with Dr. Crystals work. Two instances she was called out and didn’t do an evaluation on a horse with a heart murmur. She never called or stuck to the time she was going to come thus not allowing anyone to have notice to make sure they were there to assist. Do not recommend her to apply a cast to foals with contracted front limbs. Padding was extremely lumpy and not the quality I would expect from a licensed vet. When I called the front office and told Petra my complaint she didn’t seem like she cared that a customer was having issues with one of their vets. Overall not impressed with how Dr. Crystal and Petra handled situations.
