Likely saved one of my cats: I can only imagine how difficult vet med is since cats cant give a history to provide diagnostic clues to assist with appropriate diagnosis and management (almost certainly more difficult than human medicine). But Dr Dana did ultimately diagnose my cat with a provisional dx of IBD vs food allergy. After a basic lab panel and X-rays + Some glucocorticoids + dietary modification seemed to have allowed my cat to go from not eating, drinking, or moving to acting normal again. I am appreciative of the vet for being able to, with limited information since cats cannot talk or really give much pertinent information, take my (one of three) from pretty ill to acting normal (cats seem great at acting well until they are potentially on death's door) Arrow is doing well now

First time here after our new puppy was gifted to us. We got our appointment quick after paying the office/reservation fee. Vet was courteous, explained everything with no surprises. The tech was also really nice. Our puppy got their first shot and everything went as smoothly as it could with all our kids with us. We will be going back for all the shots.

My 6 year old pit was always kept up to date with his bloodwork, shots, annual check ups. He had a small paw infection on his paw, he was then prescribed a strong dose of antibiotics. The next day he got very sick. After labor day, 3 days went by I took him back to the vet he was bloating and not eating. I was told that he just had a upset stomach and sent me home with more medicine to stop puking and gain appetite. I called everyday the next few days worried and concerned. After a week went by of my dog not eating and dying in front of me I took him to Cornell and was told that his liver had failed and I had to put him down. My best friend is no longer with me.

We have been coming here for a few years now and this is the best Veterinary office I have ever taken my pets to. Extremely friendly and always super helpful! My dog is absolutely in love with all the front desk staff, that always greets him with a treat. The vet is always willing to listen and getting to a treatment plan is always quick.

The staff at EMVC is so knowledgeable, kind, and caring. We recently took our new boy Biscuit to have checkups and try and get his nails trimmed. He is a rescue and very scared to get his nails trimmed. The vet tech that helped us was a blessing. She was able to do what no other human could.. and that was trim our sweet boys nails! Also the Veterinarian took the time to call my husband and check up on Biscuits progress. He and my husband were able to have a great conversation about various tick medicines. Pa has one of the highest tick rates in the US./ potential for Lyme disease. So it was very important for us to choose an effective flea and tick prevention. All in all thankful we found EMVC and that we have such a caring and educated staff near our home.
