Took down my review. This clinic is awful and unprofessional. Rush you in and out and are not thorough at all! Even reported my cat to the health department! Brought a stray in and they had a feral cat handled by an unvaccinated new tech and she bit her. So they reported me to the health department. Why would you have unvaxed technicians handling a stray intake?? Further more this cat, they said she was heavily pregnant. She also had awful skin issues and was self mutilating. They gave me nothing for her and just said it was allergies! Brought her to another vet and found she was in fact NOT pregnant. She was given steroids and her skin cleared and stayed clear! My animals have been going here for years. They are friendly, and thorough. It helps that my animals trust the staff at AAH. As a rescue, my dog doesn't trust many people. He always gets a treat after his visit, and lots of love from the staff. The offices, lobby, and exam rooms are very clean and animal proof. They offer after hours emergency services for their clients (which is a major bonus!!!) Prices are very affordable. They really could get away with charging more. AAH will be my pets forever vet. Why change something that is so perfect? We love them. If you are thinking about taking your pet there, you will NOT regret it. Dr. Christiansn is the best!

Called to see when to see if I could my pets seen here. As soon as Michelle said a month I said okay no thank you. I was going to ask something else but then she proceeded to hang up on me needless to say I will be looking at somewhere that isn't how you run a business. I hope that isn't the way you treat pets.

My dog Zeke became very ill. I took him to see the vet. Vet said nothing wrong with my dog. A week and a half later, my dog died! I'd go elsewhere, before taking my animals here.😭

Brought my nannys cat here they were very empathetic and kind during her permanent sleep.
