Went in with my dog as their website says walk ins only to be told no we don't have anything for you. Didn’t care that our pet really needed to be seen.
I just called and was on hold for over 10 minutes with no response. When the girl answered the phone she said, "yah, uh I mean Encore Veterinary Hospital can I place you on a brief hold?" As I was saying yes, she was giggling. I can understand the hold but the unprofessionalism is weird especially for a vet hospital. I'm desperate but idk if I'd take my cat in now.
