EVCC Holland, there truly are not enough words to express our gratitude for the incredible team at this location. Early Tuesday morning, our Golden Retriever Elsa was hit by a truck, and what followed were some of the most terrifying moments of our lives. We rushed her in filled with fear, uncertainty, and heartbreak. From the second we walked through the doors, the staff was compassionate, calm, and so incredibly kind. Not only were they gentle and patient with Elsa, but they took the time to explain everything to us in detail. They answered every question, reassured us when we felt overwhelmed, and never once made us feel rushed. In the middle of chaos, they were steady and understanding. My tears of fear quickly turned into tears of happiness because of the miracle work they performed

EVCC Holland saved my baby boy. I feel that they truly cared about him and me during our two days there, and they got him home healthy and happy. I was incredibly stressed and crying that first night when I brought him in, and the staff was very patient with me and supportive while explaining what was going on. Everyone that I talked to was so sweet and understanding, and my German Shepherd loved them (which should say a lot). When I got to bring Way home, his fur wasn’t matted, he didn’t smell like pee and feces like he’d been laying in it for two days, and he was happy. (Unfortunately, I’ve had bad experiences with other vets.) I appreciate the staff for saving my Way, and for showing him so much care and attention. My little sweet Ted had a bad UTI and kidney infection - he had to spend two nights at the hospital, from the minute we walked in the door we were treated with kindness and concern! Dr. Abel gave me frequent updates, explained things in a way that was easy to understand and was so patient with my questions. I’m happy to report that Ted is back to his normal self, guarding his “little green man” and eating like a champ! There’s no doubt in my mind if it wasn’t for the stellar care he received those two days, the outcome would’ve been very different.

Evcc took amazing care of our sweet Stella girl after a she cut an artery on her leg and required emergency surgery. We felt well cared for and also that our girl was in good hands! The follow up post op left us well informed and confident in the care that was received. Can’t say enough great things!

The staff was truly caring for our pup Frankie. The commitment they all show is amazing. Maddy( front desk), Lauren ( vet assistant) & Dr. Weinrick was all caring and friendly, they immediately looked Frankie over and was very helpful and concerned. Also we thought because we was on vacation the price would be way out there. But it was reasonable also. I wish we had this service in Elizabethtown, KY.
