Our sweet baby had issues and needed emergency care. from the time that we called, to the initial greeting at the door and every interaction, we were met with professionalism, compassion, and guidance from the staff. Trinity was especially helpful, and the doctor was so kind and helped calm us down. Yes, if you go here, you may spend more than you would at a regular vet because you are paying for emergency services, but they are giving up their time and expertise overnight for long hours to meet your needs and save your furbabies’ lives. I pray that I never need emergency care again for Bebe, but if I do, I will definitely go back to them! DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS TO THESE SCAM ARTISTS I brought my dog here after I thought he might have a broken leg and a few lacerations on the other leg. My absolutely terrible experience began right when I got there. Firstly I told them why I was there (broken leg) as I’m sitting there waiting for a room another owner brings their pet in and is telling their dog that their nail is gonna get fixed up real soon. Who in their right mind puts that above one with a broken leg. Imagine if that was YOU with a broken leg and someone gets in first because they broke their nail. After that I tell them he mind need a stretcher because it has to hurt and she brings one out there to just grab him not caring at all and doesn’t even use the stretcher. For one of the worst decisions I had to make; what a pleasant experience. From calling and the person answering quickly. Then, the nurses, receptionist….all super easy to work with. Doctor Jill Crowson was personable and explained in detail what I needed to know. Wasn’t judgmental and discussed all options. The report I received afterwards was fantastic. I couldn’t believe how detailed. Thank you for making such a terrible day a smooth experience at least.

This clinic is a phenomenal small business. I will always take my pet here in the case of an emergency, and I recommend them frequently! The staff truly care about each pet and do everything they can to help your baby feel better. Pricing is also very fair compared to other local ERs. This is the also cleanest veterinary hospital I’ve stepped foot in. Emergency medicine is tough but they do a great job!

Staff clearly didn’t want to treat my dog. I took her in there because she’s had a cold and an ear infection and I showed her the dogs ear and she acted like she didn’t see what I was talking about. She was being really short with me and I felt stupid for even being in there. I got the sense she felt like I shouldn’t have even brought my dog there. My dog is a rescue and is skiddish. I told them a muzzle might be necessary. My dogs ear was clearly red and scabby. On top of it the woman acted short and made me feel unwelcome. I have never had a vet that had a problem with my dog before. Every other vet just muzzled her and was always able to treat her. I just ended up leaving. It just felt very unprofessional.
