Aquatic Gardens

We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Aquatic Gardens. Chuck and Steve did a terrific job on our Koi/Pond with a stream at a very reasonable price. We had received a quote from another pond builder from Columbiana, AL but they wanted way more and tried talking us out of a bottom drain and a UV filter was an add-on cost. We got both for the price Chuck quoted. They did the job quickly and was willing to adjust some things to my wife's preference without question or additional cost. We couldn't be more happy with the final outcome.

I read a 6-year-old review stating they had friendly staff and inventory, which led me to drive out there. The doors were locked and nobody was there. Their website needs updating to reflect that it is a construction company, not a "pool supply" company.

Staff was nice, but the butterfly koi that we purchased Saturday died yesterday and they only have a 48 hour policy on fish death. If you spend over a hundred dollars on a fish and it dies in 3 days you are out of your money for nothing.

This is not readily apparent anywhere, but they do not have a public storefront. No sign, no front door, no one on-site. It was not clear on the website if they were just remodeling, temporarily closed for the season, or simply no longer operating a store. Don't waste your time driving out there if you're looking for pond supplies.
