Long and short, the Doctor was extremely well informed, friendly, and professional. The tech was the complete opposite. When checking out the total came to 65 dollars. I advised her that I called earlier today and was told $60. Her response was; “ it’s been $65 since the beginning of the year” my response again; “I called today and was told $60” her response “it’s only $5”. ATP I asked to speak with manager who never came out. The tech came back with a new total of $60. I tried to educate her on how inappropriate of her to say it’s only $5. She never apologized just blamed mishap on front desk being incompetent. Yet, the front desk never said “it’s only $5”.

I took my 2 year old Malinois in for a split dew claw and the staff was great! Dr. Guy and Sam were very attentive and caring. The clinic is very clean and the receptionists were great as well! I love that it's close to home too. Although I hope we only have to visit for annual check ups, it's comforting to know they are just around the corner if we need them. Thanks again for taking good care of my "fur-missile"!

The staff is very friendly and loving with pets. When we brought our dog in to put her down, they gave us plenty of time to say our goodbyes, made the process very easy, and were really sweet and gentle with her.

Elyson Animal hospital is absolutely amazing! We took our little Teddy for his first appointment; the office staff were so kind and very professional. We were able to get him seen same day with ease. Dr. Bethany Smith amazing very knowledgeable, caring and so gentle. She has a lot of patience she answered all of my husband & I questions and trust we had a lot lol. There were no hidden fees we knew exactly what we paid for and even got reimbursed from our pet insurance quickly! I highly recommend 10/10.

Saturday 9/2 was our first visit and it went great. My Baby was calm and relaxed. Something that is rare of her because she usually gets so nervous. I am so happy I chose Elyson as our new vet. Dr. Bethany did a fantastic job checking Chloe and she made both of us feel welcome and in good hands. I really liked how they have calm music playing in the background as this definitely helps with anxiety in pets. I was so happy that my fur baby liked this place and did a good job in being well behaved and didn’t freak out. I also really liked the room we were in it had a window view and Chloe liked it too . Thank You Dr. Bethany and staff :)
