We love Elm Point Animal Hospital! Dr Petty and the techs are awesome- very thorough. We recently lost Sasha and Dr. Petty wrote us a note- so kind! Bruiser recently had an eye problem and Dr. Petty corrected it quickly. We will continue to bring our dogs here as long as we live in this area. Thank you for caring so kindly for our fur babies!

The hours online say they close at 8pm. We rushed my dog to this location at 6:30pm, i jumped out of the car holding my completely limp dog and a woman ran out before i could even make it to the door and turned us away. She said there was no doctor there after 6pm. Which is not listed in their hours. I couldn’t believe she wouldn’t even ask what the issue was to see if she could help. We were told to leave and go to a place on mid rivers. 12 minutes away. I was crying saying what if my dog dies on the drive and she said we can’t help you. Just fyi for anyone needing emergency services. Go somewhere else. Veg ER on mid rivers was amazing and saved my dog. Go there before going here please .

My dad's Golden Retriever went in yesterday for grooming. We got a call that she was cut, sedated and stitched. The cut was pretty bad and behind her ear. Looks like a safety guard was not on the trimmer. She is a such a sweet pup and already being treated for an ear infection. Today she is a mess, has a cone, cannot get comfortable and has stitches to add to her ear infection. Vet sent a picture of the wound and it is pretty squirmish. Please do more research before you book a fur baby grooming appt here or anywhere. Not sure how someone skins a dog like they did during a routine grooming and at least an attempt to explain what happened would be appreciated, not that it makes it acceptable but it would help to know if it was pure negligence..which again..she was scalped which implies

I have been going to elm point since 2021 well I should say I was after today I will no longer be using this place I have three cats not sure what happen but the pass year there services have gone down hill badly and after talking to other pet owners they have ALL had said the same thing about there services and let’s not to mention there prices have jump through the roof we all can’t say it to blame 2020 Covid pandemic nor can we blame the increase in tariffs for the price jumps no it’s called greed. But this past year, I have been trying to get one of my cats to be groomed correctly in each and every single time we make the department to bring in such cat. We’ve always get excuses while the groomers out had to leave or well. It takes two groomers to trim or groom, a cat. Or we have to re

I was referred by my next-door, neighbor Destiny. My babygirl was struck lightly by a car. They were able to see her the day I called plus I’m pleased with the care Sadie received & how they treated her . In past experiences other animal clinics typically, just want to sedate her, not even try to talk her through the process or be patient enough to work with her, (she’s a strong Corso) but well behaved . I appreciated Dr. Clapper and the male tech for their patience and willingness to not give up on Sadie and just get the job done. Thank you to them both
