I cannot say enough good things about Elk Creek and Dr. Pope and his entire team. My first interaction with them was earlier in the week when I called a different location for ballpark pricing estimates. Even before we were ever patients, they called me back with full transparency on pricing and were incredibly friendly. That alone set the tone. When my boy Jiji started declining and I needed him seen urgently, Elk Creek fit us in same day. I arrived 15 minutes early and was seen immediately - no long wait, no runaround, just compassionate care right away. Dr. Pope is everything you hope for in a vet. He sat on the floor with Jiji, was thorough in his examination, and took the time to genuinely answer every single one of my questions and concerns with patience, kindness, and real compassio

My French Bulldog had an emergency this morning (Saturday) and they were able to get me in right away. The staff was extremely comforting and the doctor as well. I couldn’t ask for better in an emergency situation. Thank you Elk Creek

Gracie was calm when I picked her up. I could tell she had adequate potty breaks. Thank you for taking good care of my doggie.

When Dr. Pope sat on the floor to connect with my dog it warmed my heart. My dogs are usually stand offish. But all three of them love him. The staff were sensitive to each of my dogs individual needs. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my dogs. They are 11, 4 and 10 months.

Thank you to Dr. Pope and the staff for taking such good care of my chiuahua, Miya Jane! I brought her in for a dental cleaning and a yearly checkup...the prices were fair, and the entire staff was extremely friendly, kind, and caring! The office was very clean and smelled terrific!
