Called about a dog grooming on Sunday since the hours are not posted on google! She answered and asked “who dis” and I asked if was Doggie Dimensions and if they have availability for a grooming. She asked “Do you know what day it was” I replied yes and since there is no hours posted, I called! A simple “I’m sorry we’re closed would have been enough but She said it was Sunday and I should’ve know they was closed! Very rude. Not how you run a business!
Owner is so friendly and does a great job grooming my dogs. She is fast and my dogs don’t set in a cage for hours waiting to be done. Great Job!!
Ive always taken my dogs to be groomed at Doggie Dimensions and have always been satisfied.....not to mention they always seem to work me in at a moments notice, thanks ladies!
