Elite Pet Groomers

Writing on behalf of my mother’s experience. My mother paid $200 for grooming of her 3 yorkies. She had taken them there before and the haircuts were beautiful. This time, three different people cut their hair and the cuts were choppy and uneven. One of the dogs had three legs trimmed and one left with full hair. My mom asked the owner for a 15% discount and the owner refused. I think that is a reasonable request when you’ve spent $200 and are not pleased with the result. Would not recommend taking your business here.

I brought my dog here because of the great reviews, but they ruined his fur. I don’t know if it will ever grow back the same honestly. I asked them to keep it long if possible, but I said I understood if they needed to cut down extra on some spots where he had some matting. The groomer agreed he would need extra taken off his legs. But, this is what he looked like when we picked him up. We didn’t even know it was our dog. And, they had the nerve to charge us extra for this saying that it was a lot of work! I don’t understand what happened

Great job Elite Pet Groomers! Brought my new 4 month old puppy today for her first cut and they did a great job. It was evident that the team took their time and did the job right. Highly recommend without hesitation. Before and after photos attached.

This place is wonderful and very professional. They do a great Job with my medium to long haired cat who I bring in about 2-3 times a year. They're prices are also amazing, I've never paid over $50.

Elite grooming is just the best. Period. I have an Australian Cattle Dog with high anxiety, and is so scared of most humans. Her anxieties are eased at Elite. They are well trained and know how to behave/ease dogs' anxieties. I'm so grateful to have them because it is the worst feeling leaving your dog with high anxiety/fear.
