This truly feels like our second family. My dogs actually love coming to the vet because of the amazing people here. Huge thank you to Jaxson, Jane, and Jen for always taking such incredible care of my boys. We’re so grateful to have a team we trust completely.

Excellent Vet Care and very fair affordable pricing to ensure your pets get the care they deserve. Dr. Flores and her staff are absolutely amazing. When I moved to Columbus I was referred to Elemental and they have been an absolute dream to work with. They have excellent attention to detail, have been so accommodating and it is clear through their efforts and service how much they truly love animals. I know my dog has the best care and never has anxiety going to the vet because they do such a great job with her. Dr. Flores at one point had to perform surgery on my dog when she was just a puppy and it truly saved her life. They go above and beyond and I am so grateful for them! They listen to my every concern and do a thorough exam each time. I trust them with my pets care over anyone!

The bald employee with messed up teeth working the front desk is probably the worst human I've dealt with. He failed to communicate, belittled myself, and showed now care or respect for my dogs. My wife and I have been going to this vet for some time so it does suck we have to find a new vet, but I would much rather be treated with respect than get disrespected by a bald, teeth falling out, short man. If you do decide to go after seeing this review, I highly recommend bringing in some dental supplies to help out baldy.

We have had a great experience during every visit and our pet has received excellent care! Their pricing is extremely affordable and they go above and beyond. I can't say enough good things about this practice. I brought my bunny here for acupuncture and everyone from Dr. Flores, the vet technicians and Jaxson are wonderful and competent people. My bunny received great care here at a good price and as much as bunnies hate the vet, she greatly benefited from the acupuncture for her arthritis and she was very relaxed at the office.
