El Camino Veterinary Hospital

Our chicken was attacked by a fox, and carried briefly in its mouth before we scared it off. The bite caused an open laceration on our chickens side. This happened on a Sunday, on a holiday weekend. We had a heck of a time finding a vet with a doctor that could treat a chicken. We discovered El Camino Vet after a recommendation. When we walked in, they were booked up with appointments but they still made an initial exam a priority to make sure she was stable. After waiting for a doctor to become available, Dr. Ramos cared for our chicken. He was knowledgeable, kind, and skilled. He sutured our hen up professionally and explained everything to us quite well, including showing us a technique to giver her antibiotics. When we got the bill, I was surprised by how fair it was. Great experience. Friendly. Helpful. Had a somewhat emergency and they were able to get my cat seen that day. Kept me updated on what was going on throughout the week that they had him. They gave me a lot of time too to ask questions when I picked up him up. Winston is alive and well because of their care and time. I am forever grateful

My family has been bringing our pets to El Camino Veterinary Hospital since the early 90s, and the care has always been exceptional. The staff is friendly, efficient, and compassionate, making every visit smooth and stress-free. Recently, my baby Green-cheeked Conure had a sudden eye issue, and we were fortunate to see Dr. Robinson—one of the few vets with specialized training in avian and exotic medicine. He handled Jerry with such calm expertise that it didn’t stress him out at all, which any parrot parent knows is priceless. I can’t recommend El Camino Veterinary Hospital and Dr. Robinson highly enough for both traditional and exotic pets!

Dr. Ramos, Dr. Leton & Dr. Tarica are helping me with my sweet border collie puppy Sugar. She has a congenital heart defect from birth. All of the staff and doctors are fantastic, patient, caring, knowledgeable and the prices are very affordable. I love that they are so dedicated even during our hot and smokey summer. The best thing is they offer curbside service during these crazy Corona times. They are so warm and professional my puppy even loves coming here! Thanks a million El Camino Vet Hospital!
