Eastown Veterinary Clinic

My dog has quite a bit of anxiety, both just generally, but also with the vet. We switched to Eastown at the recommendation of our trainer, and after happy visits, Piper has found her confidence and vet visits by jumping on all of the tables! She loves all the treats in the room too, and looks forward to all the new snacks.I really wish that vets all over practiced fear free care but until then we will be East town customers. In addition to this pleasant switch, Our vet got to the bottom of my dogs issues and helped us get an actual treatment plan instead of Band-Aids over and over. The price is slightly higher than our last vet, however with all the extra techs in the room I would say it’s very reasonably priced

I have two kitties including one with special needs. From the start everyone at Eastown was amazing. All pricing was given upfront for review and agreed upon before any procedures took place. When I found out my kitty had epilepsy, they ran all the necessary tests to see what treatment would be best. Ultimately, I had to take her to a veterinary neurologist who praised the work-up that was done before we got there. Eastown continues to take care of both my kitties needs while communicating every step of the way. I couldn’t be more grateful to have found the best vets in town to take care of my fur babies.

We brought our 12 year old Golden Retriever to see Dr. Grace with a medical concern. The receptionist was polite, and we had a very short wait. Our dog was warmly greeted by the tech, and the treats helped to alleviate his anxiety. He already knew Dr. Grace and was happy to see her. She examined him throughly in a way that kept him calm. Everything was explained to us, questions were welcomed, and we were given options for his care. It was an overall great experience

I can never say enough good things about this vet! Our 3 year old GSD is reactive. He has really good visits and not so good visits when it comes to his reactivity. Staff has always been amazing at navigating our dog’s boundaries, even during the toughest visits where he’s struggling with reactivity. Staff is always amazing about checking in with his and our comfort level with treatment. Recently we worked with Sheree and Sonja. Our dog was having a particularly stressful day and was not coping well with being in a new room and working with staff he had not met before. Though she was not working with our dog initially, Sheree jumped in and helped with the appointment, as our dog is used to working with her.
