WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE… They ABUSED my babygirl this past Monday 12/29/25 Yes there is ALWAYS 2 sides to the story and there’s the TRUTH!!!!! After a visit for updated exam and a shot per conversation with gal when making appointment. My husband took her in for her appointment. 3 ladies in office loved her said oh she’s so adorable. She loves attention….. Dr comes in and starts his exam and grabs our babygirl under her belly apparently roughly and she nipped at him….didn't bite… just the warning nip…. Like that hurt…..Immediately he says we need to muzzle her. Says to the technician I think this one is too small puts another one on. Technician holds our babygirls head up into the air while the vet finished his exam. “TAKES THE MUZZLE OFF” tells my husband they need to take her

The best! During our 30? years as clients, 5 dogs, 2 cats and an occasional fretful furMom, the compassion shown has been incredible. Not only does the staff know US, they know our pets! I highly recommend this clinic!

I have had 3 dogs who have gone here their whole lives. When my 6 year old dog passed away last Friday the team did everything they could to save him. East town and the team that works here will go above and beyond for you and your fur babies. They care for your pets as if they were their own and it showed when my sweet boy passed. The comfort and support they give you in such a difficult time is more than anything I could have asked for. They have treated my dogs with the best care I could ask for. We have a 16 year old dog and I believe that without them she wouldn’t have made it this long. They don’t discriminate breeds, they love your pets, and they will be there for you when your pet is healthy to their last breath. Thank you east town and all of the staff for being so amazing and car

I have taking my pets to East Town Animal Hospital for over 30 years and always receive professional, loving care for them. They are very understanding with pet injuries and deaths.

This was my first visit to Eastown Animal Hospital, Dr Jeff has strong interpersonal skills; including excellent communication, this is very important since we can't talk face to face (Covid, Social Distancing) Handing my pet off to one of the staff who met me at my car was very unusual, but the staff reassured me he was in good hands. Dr. Jeff effectively communicated options for testing and laboratory procedures that could lead us to discovering what might be wrong with my pet. I feel very confident that he will discover what is causing the problem and find a solution or treatment for my pet. Most of all I could tell he really did care about his patient.
