I can’t say enough great things about this clinic! The staff is absolutely amazing — always friendly, patient, and willing to go above and beyond for my dogs, Patches and Loki. They treat you like family from the moment you walk in, giving extra love and attention every visit and always making sure you know the costs upfront, which I really appreciate. It’s such a warm, family-friendly environment — you can feel how much they care about every pet and owner. Dr. Riggs is truly one of a kind. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate — especially with Loki, who has a very rare disease and requires special treatment. Our dog Bruno seemed to be in pain this morning, so we called Eastland Animal Clinic for an appointment. They saw him within an hour, and after a physical exam, the vet said there were no serious injuries. We're pleased with getting a speedy appointment and with the great care and service at EAC. Bruno is happy to be back home (on some pain meds).

I cannot tell you how much I love and recommend Dr. Riggs and all of her staff. They've been treating our dogs since 2021 and I have nothing but good things to say about them. The prices are reasonable, and the care is always exceptional. They're also incredibly accommodating and understanding of our dogs being hyper and a handful and they do all of these things with nothing but compassionate and are just so kind and overall exactly what you need in a Vet. If you are in need of a vet, this is the one I would trust over any others.

Such a caring staff. When I call for an appointment, they always get my Daisy in same day. They took great care of Max before we had to say goodbye to him. Highly recommend Dr. Riggs, and her staff.

They are amazing people. Our normal vet couldn't get us in for a few days and the emergency vet was too expensive. They got us in, took care of our girl last week, and became our new vet for Newby this week! Update April 2022 Still seeing this awesome practice but now that we get to go into the office I got to meet one of the office cats, Nancy. She was very helpful to me on the journey of the final days of my Dixie. Her compassion was nothing compared to the care of Dr. Riggs and crew. They are such blessings to us pet lovers.
