My little kitty was barely with me when I brought her in, likely due to a liver shunt. The staff was extremely kind and helpful through a very stressful time and took the treatment plan step by step with me. After 2 nights of hospitalization, she had an incredible turn around in her health and is as happy as can be after their care. The staff was excellent about giving regular updates, proposing different treatment plans, and answering any questions. Would absolutely recommend!!

Last week we had to take our senior dog in for end of life care. We called ahead just to get information as this was our first pet we ever had and not knowing the process. She explained everything over the phone and was very kind and didn’t rush us or get annoyed when asking questions. My husband only had praise to speak about how kind and caring the staff was. Showing our sweet boy love and care in his final minutes and how grateful he was for the comfort/coziness of the room to allow our dog to pass in a calm, not so stressful environment. Would highly recommend.

This was our family's 2nd time having to use euthanasia on our elderly dogs. In October of 2024 our family was taken to a beautiful end of life Suite including a comfy couch, low lighting and even chocolate treats and bisquits for our buddy. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. THIS TIME...ABSOLUTE 180° TURN AROUND IN CARE AND SERVICE! At 90lbs My elderly buddy laid on a cramped, cold floor for over an hour. My husband was able to comfort him, but being disabled I had to stay in my chair unable to be as close as I wanted to be. My husband and I both wished they still had the beautiful end of life room we had on our first visit. Upon leaving I walked the wrong way down the hall and low and behold 2 doors down is the beautiful end of life room!!! WHY DID YOU CHEAT OUR FAMILY OUT

This facility is amazing!! We visited today to say goodbye to our old friend Jo Jo. They made everything easy on our dog & us. They showed compassion love & dignity to an animal they knew nothing of. She passed comfortably with all of her family there by her side. U walk in & r greeted & taken care of promptly. I highly recommend for all ur fur babies emergencies even if it’s end of life care. The staff r all so kind & we will b using this facility from here on out.

We recently brought in our mainecoon cat when he had a sudden life threatening emergency. When we arrived, they took our boy quickly and tried to help him. Sadly, he was experiencing heart failure and nothing was stabilizing him. The vet took the time to explain everything to us and was very honest about possible outcomes. Our boy sadly passed away on his own, but the vet let us into the room with him to be with him as he took his final breaths. When he was gone, they let us use a private room to be with his body as long as we wanted. It was an incredibly difficult death, but the vet explaining everything to us was a blessing. We knew it wasn't our fault thanks to him and he made sure we understood the reality of the situation. They refunded all the costs that would have gone towards testi
