Been going to Dr Heller for over 15 years since he saved my Scottie and gave us two and a half more years with him when my then regular vet offered no options for his oral tumor. He's been to our home to help put our dog down when the time came. He treated my Finny through his whole wonderful life. I have recommended him to many of my friends. Next week I will be bringing our new rescue Nessie to him and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Disrespectful, racist, arrogant, and condescending. Not even deserve one star For those who want to know the reason, here’s the summary: I went to this clinic on a recommendation for my cat’s medical issue (that day I drove about 1.5 hours to be there). I was met by a veterinarian named Jason Heller, who addressed me in a rude and dismissive manner, without really listening to the situation. Instead of offering advice, he insisted that things would be done only his way and implied that otherwise he had more important cases to deal with and didn’t want to “waste time” with me. Here are some of the actual phrases he used: “Your cat smells disgusting right now.” (It’s an injured cat, unable to clean himself.) “My way or no way. or you can go some place else no problem” (He was demanding

Dr Heller and his entire team always go above and beyond to take care of our German shepherds. Recently, our dog Hank had a cancerous mass that Dr heller removed. While it had trouble closing after the procedure, Dr heller was there every step of the way. He made himself available at 8pm on Sunday when it opened and met us at his clinic. He checked up on Hank and really took the time to make sure he was doing well. When we first moved there Hank was 1 and extremely anxious. The entire team there always takes their time with him and has gained his trust over the years. Jodi is also incredible and very professional. I can’t say enough good things about this clinic other than we are lucky to have such a great team caring for our pets!

With a new puppy and an older cat who can’t seem to keep himself out of trouble, I have been seeing a lot of Dr Heller and his staff over the past 6 months. Luckily, he and his staff are always great! They are all very friendly and professional and have quite a bit of experience which makes some of the unpleasantries of pet health (shots, surgery, illness) a much more pleasant experience.
