East Lamar has been one of the best things I’ve done for my dog. The trainers are amazing; knowledgeable, patient, and so encouraging. They don’t just train your dog… they teach you how to communicate better, and it’s made such a difference. I’ve seen a huge improvement in my dog’s confidence, behavior, and overall obedience, and I love how they focus on positive skill-building. Every session feels productive, supportive, and honestly just fun. Highly recommend to anyone in Austin who wants a well-trained pup and a happier home!

Lamar is an absolute life saver. Greatest dog handler and incredible person. I have had it happen to me twice where I’ve had incidents boarding my dog elsewhere and Lamar has driven in the middle of the night to pick her up and make sure she is properly taken care of. I cannot recommend boarding with Lamar highly enough.

Watching Lamar connect with the dog and understand them right off the bat is truly impressive. He went above and beyond our initial meeting and gave us several items to takeaway and more overall confidence in our relationship with our pup! Really looking forward to our continued relationship!

Lamar’s a good trainer and all but his communication is horrible. I’ve constantly been blown off after being given dates on getting my dog in training with him, scheduled 1 on 1’s which he was almost always late to and has been promised a lot of things that he’s not once delivered on. On top of that the way Ive seen how he avoided me like the plague after being patient with him for a long time. It’s been frustrating and hurtful being disrespected like this for so long.
