Dr. Lynelle was recommended to me by a family member. She & her staff are amazing!! My dog is usually very difficult when he goes to the vet. The atmosphere here was calming, loving & kind which allowed my dog to stay calm & responsive. My dog is in the last stages of his life. Dr. Lynette was up front & straight forward with my dog’s prognosis. She didn’t lead me to spending unnecessary money. She did recommend ways to ease my dog’s discomfort. I am so grateful to have met her.

I came to East Hartford desperate for a vet willing to perform open pyometra surgery on my 15 year old cat Bella. Like an angel, Kim called me back and gave me hope. I am happy to report Bella is on the road to recovery thanks to the expertise, generosity and compassion the staff here has shown me. Thank you!!

I was planning to bring my dog in today, but after calling and speaking with the receptionist, I decided not to move forward. As I began explaining my concerns about my pet, she immediately started discussing pricing. It made me feel like my concerns weren’t being heard and that the focus was more on money than on my pet’s well-being. As a pet owner, I want to feel that my worries are taken seriously and that compassion comes first. Unfortunately, that was not the impression I received. Because of this experience, I have decided not to bring my dog to this facility. I hope the staff can work on improving how they communicate with and treat potential clients.

Excellent customer service and they always treat my furry children with so much respect and kindness!

I would recommend going elsewhere for rabbit care. I did not find Dr Barrios to be knowledgeable on rabbit’s health and had little interest in assessing our rabbit’s health. The vet tech, Kate/Katie, was absolutely phenomenal and very helpful.
