I'm giving them 5 stars. As someone who recently went through a difficult time with my pet, they were absolutely wonderful. The staff treated both myself and my pet with dignity, respect and kindness. My calls,were always returned as promptly as possible (its a vet office so understandably things happen) and they always made time to see my boy when needed. Dr. Munson was attentive and compassionate, as,well as vet tech staff. I highly reccomend taking your pet here, you will receive informed care with compassion. As someone who I past couple months has been to multiple ERs, seen lots of vets, I was always happy that I had consistent support from the staff.

Love the team at East Bay! We see Dr Brault and he’s fantastic, as is every tech we’ve had over the years. They’re knowledgeable, compassionate, and so easy to talk to. We never feel rushed and we always leave feeling really good about our experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had a great appointment with Dr Murdock! Emmy, her assistant was amazing too! So polite, smart, thorough, interested, informed (had read Henry's (2 year old rescue with some heart issues) file completely before coming in the room) and they listened to me. They treated Henry with the utmost respect! So glad I connected with them!

The staff and doctors are very caring and filled with empathy for our fur babies. We have been coming here for about 35 years. And will continue to come.

This was my first time bringing my flemish Giant Rabbit Jujube to East Bay. I truly wish I found this place when I first got my Jujube 3-1/2years ago. She got a thorough check up which was a first. She was handled with love and care. The team was so friendly and nice. The dr. opened my eyes to certain things I had been researching, but didn't know to much about. Autumn even carried Jujube out to my vehicle for me and it was raining. Jujube weighs 17lbs. I highly recommend East Bay Animal Hospital.
