Dr. William Truesdale

This is the best Vet in the area in my opinion. Clean rooms, nice staff, friendly vets. Great price for services. Cats and dogs. Highly recommended.

I have not left a review for this vet since doing so has been the last thing on my mind since my dog DIED from a botched neuter surgery... the most common, basic surgery there is. But after telling the story to countless people, including my new vet for my other dog, they recommend the least I should do is warn other people - so they can hopefully avoid the heartbreak of losing their best friend too. My healthy, happy German Shepard went in to be neutered on the morning of 12/9. He was picked up at 5pm and was dead on the ER vet table by 11:30pm. Dr. Truesdale told me during the surgery there was more bleeding than usual because my dog was "very vascular" .. but he stopped it and everything looks good now and he woke up from anesthesia just fine. Do not use this Dr for surgery on your pets! Absolutely botched my dog's surgery to remove a lump on his neck. He now has breathing issues due to this. They didnt even close his wound properly. Had to go back three times. One time a full flap of skin was hanging off of him and wound was wide open. And to top it off they even tried to charge me to fix their mistakes!

Dr Truesdale did an amazing job with my lil Ezrie girl. The staff is very helpful and caring.. Not a long wait, and the place was hopping. As you can see she back to puppy business. Thank you 🙂

Update April 2021: Dr. Truesdale and his staff have been caring for my dogs for the past 9 years. I highly recommend his practice. He has decades of experience and an amazing bed side manner. It's obvious he truly loves his job and his patients. He is especially good with nervous furbabies. The fees are always very reasonable. 5 stars well earned Dr Truesdale has been taking care of my dog's for several years. He is kind, courteous, and honest. He does not try to "sell" you on unnecessary medicine or procedures. My dogs love him and his staff
