This location and san jose both super helpful staff and owner himself is a great help with providing recommendations on the food. Due to my dog sensitivity we had to exchange the food. He helped us with returning the one that recommended but didn’t work for my dog for exchange with something else. Another good thing, we were able to just go to San Marco location where was near me instead of driving all the way back to San Jose Blvd location where we normally shop. Thanks for being understanding and helpful.

I highly recommend using their Dog Grooming services. Tenley and her team did an amazing job on my two dogs, and we are extremely please and happy! I went into the market afterwards and picked up a bag of dog food and some Pig Ear treats for my babies The store was clean and very well organized. I love this pet shop! They sell excellent treats at great prices and have a rewards program as well. I love the fresh dog treats and the premium cat treats i find there. The animals love the products i purchase here and the staff is knowledgeable and polite! Highly recommend coming in and grabbing your pet something nice!

Recently visited this location as I was only aware of the one in San Jose. I actually much prefer this location than the latter just based on size and mobility within the actual store. All their items and products were organized in a way that made it a little more convenient to find what you're looking for without being too overwhelmed. Granted, they still have quite the selection, especially if it's your first time in a natural pet store. Even then, their crew seems to be quick to offer help with any questions you may have. Both locations are definitely out of the way for me, but I personally think it's worth shopping locally as it makes me feel secure in knowing my dog is getting the highest quality food in the most ethically-sourced way. The staff here are amazing. My little old lady has kidney disease and they carry low phosphorus canned cat foods. Great variety, great prices. I’m stoked this place exists. Lilith Beyoncé has been eating great since I’ve found this place.
