Wonderful store and customer service. Today was my first time going to this store and Mariah was wonderful and so helpful with us choosing food for our Mini Schnauzers. Prices were reasonable for healthier dog food options and they had a good selection. Will definitely be going back to them for our dog’s food and treats!

Naomi gave us excellent customer service! My new Cavapoo arrives tomorrow and she suggested a kibble for the puppy. We left with 2 bags of dog food, chews and a bunch of samples. Thank you for being a high-end shopping experience, warm environment, local pet store. I will return for 15 more years. Thank you so much for the patience and information you gave us.

I love that everything sold in this store can be sourced. If the orgins of the product cannot be traced, the store will not sell it. I believe most, if not all products are made in the U.S. I also enjoy shopping here because the store is locally owned and operated. I have discovered many new food and treat products here. One of my fur babies was experiencing medical issues with anemia and constipation. I switched her diet from what I believed was high quality dry kibble, to the dehydrated, human grade food made by Honest Kitchen and noticed improvement within a week. By the second week both issues had resolved themselves. We are now just beginning our second box of food and it seems that this will be the food of choice. I try very hard to support local business in my area. I have shopped at Earth Pets many times and have referred my family to them as well. However, I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!!! I entered the store after seeing an email earlier that morning showing my preferred dog food on sale. I get there and there are no prices on any of the bags, no signs indicating any sort of sale, and few bags in stock of the ones on sale which is a buy 2 get 1 free. There is no way to fulfill the sale with the amount of bags in stock. After questioning the man behind the counter as to the price and sale, he has to look up the sale on his phone to verify I am correct. He should know what sales are going on in his store, the store is not that big!!! I had to keep walking back to the counter to get answers about the dog

I’ve been ordering raw dog food for years, Mariah is the BEST!! She never gets the order wrong, quick to assist when someone else drops the ball. A gem of an employee!!
