Earl Franks Sons and Daughters

Just caught one of these guys littering in the woods behind my work and when I told him "this isn't a Rumpke" he just replied "I know" and walked away. Hopefully this isn't the owner and will be addressed.

If it were possible to give a negative review I would. These people don't stand by their work. I had flooring put in in 2015.by them. In 2020 I started calling these people. The floor has large gaps in it and looks horrible. The ignored me for months. then Covid came along and everything was on hold. About 6 months ago I tried again. They ignored me for months then about 2 months someone finally came out. He said he'd be back that Friday. That of course didn't happen so I started calling again. Of course they ignored me. I called today and they said I would have to pay to have their poor workmanship fixed. I don't think so. My last floor lasted 25 years. If I'm going to pay someone, I'll get someone who knows what they are doing. Stay away from this company.

Prompt, friendly, experienced, knowledgable, local to me. Overall great experience. No work was done but they explained that I needed a GC before they could perform any work. I liked how they were upfront and discovered things that needed to be addressed. We will find a way to do business with this company in the future. Thanks Earl Franks and Sons for the honesty.

I won't even give them one star. Worst service I've ever received. First, I didn't think it was the original color I chose. Second, after just two years it was worn out. We didn't pick cheap carpet either. They had someone come look at it, but said nothing could be done. I wouldn't recommend them to do an apartment, much less your house.
