Dumfries Animal Hospital

My dog has been at Dumfries Animal Hospital since he was 8 weeks old. He is Now 11 yrs 11 months old. Yes, about to 12. The staff is AMAZING! They really are passionate about what the do and it shows!

We moved back to Northern VA and went to Dumfries Animal Hospital. All of our experiences with our 2 dogs was great. Transparent treatment and truly friendly Vets. We had to put one of our dogs down and I cannot express how compassionate and caring the entire staff was. One of the hardest experiences a pet owner can experience and they were truly amazing!! Treated us like family from our first visit to the last before we had to move again! I have been a pet owner for over 30 years and this is the best vet team I have had. Great people!

I am pleased with the services my dog receives from Dumfries Animal Hospital. I never have to keep up with when my dog needs his shots, they will let me know. Very helpful it makes it easy to register him.

I have taken my pets to this clinic for the last 3 years and have always received stellar service, and a recent ordeal with a stray cat I rescued cemented my loyalty. I brought the stray to the clinic and the front desk clerk assisted me with scanning the cat for a chip without hesitation, and then called the chip company herself to see what information she could gather. She gave me detailed instructions on what to do when the company she called was less than helpful. I scheduled a clinic visit in order to get the cat assessed and vaccinated, as well as scheduled a separate grooming appointment. I really enjoy going to this Vet. It is close by the house. They are very thorough professional although pet care automatically is expensive right up there almost with humans. There is various ways that it can be paid for if you just ask I do feel that they care about your animal or else I would not go there. The staff seems very competent, professional, and friendly. I will return.
