I am writing this review to document serious concerns about medical claims and billing practices. During our visit, the veterinarian stated that a prescription dog food would increase metabolism. I questioned this claim and explained why increasing metabolic rate through food alone is physiologically unsupported. Despite this, the clinic continued to assert that the food increases metabolism but refused or was unable to provide any evidence, explanation, or mechanism to support the claim. This felt like a sales claim rather than evidence-based medical advice. Eventually they gave me a link to the website, which also did not make the claim they made when recommending I buy it. Well, I started writing a paragraph on my experience today and decided I should just get straight to the point if you wanna go to a veterinarian that treats you like a human being and cares about your concerns and welcomes your pet with open arms. Well Nina‘s animal Hospital is exactly that…., Dr. Park was my veterinarian today . He was very professional, patient, friendly, and willing to work with me and my Rottweiler puppy (17 months) I’m so grateful for the staff too they were amazing. They went above and beyond to help me ease my mind so thank you guys from the bottom of my heart ❤️

This office is great. Staff is kind and accommodating. Dr. Park has been our vet for a few years now and has performed surgery on our dogs and they have done well. They are transparent about pricing if you ask and open to any questions. They are always willing to help us even in extenuating circumstances. We are grateful to have them.

Dr. Park is amazing. He has been our Vet for 4-5 years. We even moved to the other side of the state 2 years ago but we make the trip still to see our favorite vet. All the staff is awesome and make every fur baby feel loved the moment you walk through the door.

They treated Charlie with such kindness and patience, and it really showed. Prices were very fair — especially considering the level of attention and professionalism they provided. Charlie recovered beautifully, and I’m so grateful to have found a vet clinic that genuinely cares.
