If you are looking for a typical vet office complete with waiting room full of folks with other pets barking and anxious, a phone constantly ringing, and dozens of folks scurrying about in color matching scrubs...THIS vet is NOT for you. Dr. Mike once lived that life (and still occasionally subs for other vets that need an extra hand) but for the most part he runs his own clinic by himself in a semi-retired mindset. His clinic shares space with his private airplane in a small airplane hanger adjacent to his home. I see him every few months for BAER hearing tests for my Dalmatian puppies. I text him to see when he will be available and we coordinate with his busy retirement schedule/occasional vet conference.
